Because it's-- I've seen that, when I was in Abyss, and it's-- if you're strong enough, it looks easy.

It wouldn't be any harder to do it to yourself. And Shika is definitely strong enough.

...In NeoGenesis-- Shika thought his father was a cop. So he became one, too.

I believe in Shika. But in both of the worlds I've been in... my own, and the part of NeoGenesis the others didn't live in, things like 'the law' never kept anyone safe.
